Taiano a cute traditional Italian town with grocery store, bars, post office in the centre of the town. The nearby Chianti Classico area has numerous vineyards, villages and lively markets. The ambience will invite you to experience a different holiday in Italy.

Positioned amidst the vineyards and olive groves this place will offer you the scope for walks in the green woods nearby surrounded by pine nut trees and many such adventures to discover on your exclusive and private nature trails.

For larger parties please note that Villa Raffaello can be rented together with Villa Filomena to complete a party of 11 people.

The property has various sports and gaming facilities nearby. There is a golf course, just 15 min drive from Taiano. The town is also very near to various famous Italian brand name fashion designers outlets.

The villa has the perfect size (approx 500 m2) for a group of maximum 7 people travelling together.

Ground Floor:
The interiors are accurately and luxuriously furnished with exceptional elegant antiques, with original polished stone floors and original beams. The ground floor hosts a fully functional kitchen a power room a living room with fireplace and a second living room furnished with beautiful paintings, refine carpets and decorative trompe d’oeil wall paintings.

First Floor:
The First floor hosts a 30 m2 master bedroom with double bed (queen) with beautiful drapery and nicely colour co-ordinated wall creating a relaxing atmosphere. This Master Bedroom also
incorporates a well-lit dressing area with floor length mirrors and good lighting provides ample storage space. Satellite Television, DVD, VCR and CD player. The windows provide a panoramic view to the south. The bedroom includes an en-suite marble bath with Jacuzzi, and another double bedroom (queen) with small sitting area. Ensuite bath and a single bedroom with ensuite bath and Jacuzzi are also appointed on this floor.

Down stairs there is a totally independent small studio with access only for the owner.

The other amenities include a dishwasher, BBQ, pizza oven, mosquito nets and a large swimming pool (6 x 14 mt) for exclusive use. A special feature of the pool terrace is the brick built bar.

Included I the rental package is a maid service for 3 hours a week.
