Villa Napoleone is located near the town of Figline Valdarno that hosts all the required public amenities like restaurants, shops, banks ect. The position of the villa is particularly convenient because of its proximity to the medieval town and cities of Tuscany like Florence, Siena and Arezzo.

The estate covers 135 hectares of land in the Chianti region of Southern Florence, Tuscany. This property is well maintained by the owner. Villa Napoleone positioned at the centre of the estate forms the main villa of the estate along with 6 other properties in the same premises.

The villa originally built during the Renaissance was restored in 1966 to make it convenient for comfortable, contemporary living. Precious fabrics in the furnishing reflects the authenticity of Tuscan heritage and culture that is borne by the lifestyle of the people of that region. A Renaissance chapel and the farmer s crafts museum are also symbolic of the unparalleled art and architecture in Tuscany.

The ground floor has a cosy and inviting entrance. This entrance leads to a study/television room with small fireplace, the lounge with the valuable coffered ceiling, and a second lounge with the elegant sandstone fireplace, and the large dining room. There is one full bathroom and one powder room.

The large terracotta terrace is accessible through many doors in this floor and is just ideal for al fresco lunches and dinners. Adjoining the dining area is the kitchen and a separate breakfast room.

The kitchen has two stoves, two ovens, double refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher, serving dishes and all necessary utensils of a modern kitchen. Two outdoor washing machines, iron and an ironing board are for the use of the villa.

The first floor entrance has a coffered ceiling where is located a double bedroom. There is an additional bedroom with two twin beds and ensuite bathroom (combination of bathtub and shower).

To the right of the entrance in the first floor there are three bedrooms.
There is a large reading room that connects all the rooms.
One bedroom has two twin beds. There is one bathroom with a combination of a bathtub & shower.
A traditional large master bedroom with private cosy living room area, wardrobe room and bathroom with bathtub and shower cabin.
One double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (combination of bathtub and shower).

The outdoors has a 5000 sq metres park and an oval swimming pool (13 x 7 mt) with waterfall effect. The pool house has a changing room with showers. There is ample parking space available.

The villa has Satellite TV, Hi-Fi stereo, fax, telephone, internet access, and night time surveillance.

Included in the rental package is a chef for 12 hours a day and 6 days a week except on Sundays, a gardener, and two cleaning staff for the same hours. Personal laundry service is available on request according to staff availability.

Bathroom, bedroom and pool linens are included within the rent and there is a linen change two times a week.

Telephone, Heating, gas and electricity are not included in the rental weekly price.
Upon request extra cleaning service & extra linen change is provided at extra cost.
Upon request personal laundry service can be provided according to staff availability.

Included in the rental price:
Chef 6 days per week (except for Sundays). Gardener; one maid and one butler.

An extra bedroom with bathroom is available for the use of an eventual staff that could sleep at the villa.
