Ground floor: The living room has a nice open fireplace, stereo, CD player, T.V. and radio. A comfortable sitting room hosts the library with an adjacent T.V. The kitchen has all modern amenities, with an oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Next to the dining room, that can accommodate all the guests, is placed the second large fireplace, decorated with typical Tuscan copper cooking pots and pans. On this level is located a bathroom (shower). A panoramic veranda overlooking the blend in with the surrounding green countryside dotted with tall cypress trees.
