Villetta La Siepe is located on a traditional 300 acre 17th century estate in Tuscany. Accommodation consists of a series of restored farmhouses, of which Villetta La Siepe is one.
It can be rented alone, or in conjunction with the other villas on the Monnalisa estate to accommodate larger groups. The owner lives in the manor villa. The main iron gated entrance, with its pebbled driveway, is adorned with tall cypress trees through which you can see the estate communal red-soil tennis courts. Main activity of the estate: wine & oil productions. Nearest local center: 1.30 km.

Villetta La Siepe is a lovely Italian villa located on a small hill, affording wonderful views of the surrounding olive groves. This villa is well-appointed with architectural features that are characteristic of Tuscany.Accommodation is spread across two floors. This villa has its own pebbled road and antique iron gated entrance (5 min. from the town road).

Ground floor
The ground floor houses an L-shaped glass-enclosed living and dining room with classic Tuscan furniture. There is a fully equipped ceramic and marble kitchen (with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, American coffee machine, toaster). Inside the main entrance there is a small sitting room with fireplace (complimentary wood available at all times). One twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom (bathtub).

First floor
Two double bedrooms with queen-size beds, each with a marble ensuite bathroom (shower).
A fairly large private open terrace situated near the main entrance fully equipped with table, chairs & umbrella and with a beautiful panoramic view of the Tuscan countryside.

Swimming pool fully equipped with tables, sun umbrellas & sun-chairs.(The pool is shared together with the other properties).
