The aroma of freshly baked home cooked bread, pizzas and other delicious Italian food are possible thanks to an ancient pizza oven wafts from the front of the large house. Delicious, this is Tuscany! Sit back and soak up the sunshine as you rest beside the private swimming pool of clear blue salt water, complete with diving board. Refreshments can be served directly at the pool bar or escape the heat in the shade of the lush greenery. A famous garden architect in the early 20s, using only flowers and trees out of the Tuscan region created this magnificent park like garden.

On the ground floor guests can enjoy the Great Salon, (40 sq2) is magnificently furnished in antique emperor style with satellite television, Video and stereo broadcasting. A large formal dining room (20sqm) adjoins with direct access to the alfresco roofed terrace (150 sqm) which gives a total panoramic breathtaking view of this most gorgeous area. The stone terrace allows guests to stretch-out in comfortable wicker chairs while enjoying refreshments or a meal on delicate crystal-topped wrought-iron tables. Both, the living room / salon and dining room also have open fireplaces. As one would expect the furniture and fittings in this Tuscan villa is state of the art and boasts appliances and fittings of highest quality throughout including: all necessary machines, dishwasher, 4-flame herd, Espresso machine, American fridge, etc. The table seats 8 people in comfort and southern style elegant sofas offer the optimum in relaxation. Gracefully furnished with special care to detail and fine taste of Villa Filomena combines the antiquities with neoclassic touches of the interior, thus creating splendid lavish comfort.

Two sliding glass doors introduces you to a very bright suite that quarters two guests on a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom (shower). Two extra sliding glass doors introduces you directly to the pool.

Upon exploring the first floor you will find the enormous and spacious master bedroom (30sqm) with a large size bed and also boasts an en-suite bathroom with shower. Two large and airy roof windows allow plenty of light and fresh air to circulate. Between this bedroom and the second room there is a shared dressing room.

The fresh and delightful beige and yellow striped 2nd bedroom is connected via a separate stairway and comprises a queen size bed with separate bathroom and robe for clothes as well as another large attack style window.

The Florence Vespucci Airport is only 40 minutes away and the Florence Santa Maria Novella railway station a mere 30 minutes.

It is also the ideal point of departure for visiting Florence and its Renaissance wonders, or for a walk through any of the medieval hamlets of Chianti, where one can enjoy the exquisite specialties of ancient Tuscan cuisine, watered down with the most prestigious of wines.
