Located in the heart of an isolated and undiscovered part of Tuscany, this beautiful Italian accommodation is nestled inside a 40 hectares estate planted with olive groves and surrounded by the peaceful green countryside for which Tuscany is renown.
If you are a nature lover, then you will absolutely enjoy strolling through the 18 hectares of woods which surround the estate and offer you stunning panoramas framed by colourful flowers, vegetable gardens and many Tuscan botanical species.

When it is hot and you need to cool down, then dive into the beautiful 20 x 9 mt pool with depths of 1.20 to 2.50 mt. If you get hungry while swimming, this pool area also has a barbecue where you can cook your meal and eat under the cool shade provided by the iron gazebo next to the pool. The only restrictions in this area is that you not bring any food or drinks poolside. For your convenience there are showers available where you can rinse off after your swim without having to return to your accommodations.
This Tuscan estate dates back to 1586 and was carefully restored in 1990 to preserve its originality and authenticity. Being such a large estate, it has been divided into a group of Tuscan accommodations each with its own private entrances and outside areas furnished with tables and chairs for the enjoyment of peaceful and quiet times eating or doing nothing at all.

Two cosy living rooms tastefully decorated with Tuscan antiques and modern amenities. A fireplace (complimentary wood available)

A fully equipped gracious kitchen with terracotta floor, complete with all the necessary appliances: dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee machine, toaster. A wooden rectangular table and chairs. Next to the kitchen there is a small room with the refrigerator, washing machine, and dryer, and ironing board. There is a locked door and closet, that connects Villa del Fattore with Maisonette il Vitigno. This solution is perfect for families that enjoy vacationing together and still need their privacy.

First Floor
Narrow stone steps lead you to a double-bedroom (queen bed) with a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom (shower) adorned with handmade Tuscan Vietri ceramic tiles.
Two double bedrooms with two twin beds each.
1 small bathroom (tub).
Each room is tastefully decorated in the antique Tuscan style and all ceilings have terracotta and wood beams.
