Bresciani is a lovely vacation rental holiday property located in Amalfi, right on the coast above the centre of town. With the beautiful Amalfi coast as your backdrop, this is a home to enjoy and relax as you sample the regional delights only to be found here in this delightful Italian location.

Bresciani can be reached by sea if you wish to enjoy the sense of adventure and exclusivity which comes with accessing your home by boat. Boats can be hired by guests to use if they are reserved upon request when the residence rental is booked.

You will be approximately 1 km (0.6 miles) from Positano, where you will find the shops, restaurants, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 100 meters (325 feet), the stop for the public bus (SITA bus) Amalfi - Sorrento line at 150 meters (485 feet) and the closest beach directly below you (you will reach it using an elevator). You will reach Bresciani from the parking area using the same elevator that also connects to the beach and then along a short private walkway that includes approximately 20 stairway steps. (in case of electricity power failure affecting the lift, you can reach your destination by using various steps). You will not need a car to stay at Bresciani. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, for a fee, in a reserved parking space.

The views from the terrace across the bay must be seen to be appreciated and you are assured of a very relaxing and enjoyable stay on your unforgettable holiday vacation. Pets are not allowed. There are plenty of opportunities for boat and car hire as well as excursions to sample the culture, sights and sounds of the region.

Bresciani provides 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can comfortably accommodate a total of 4 people. Designed and appointed with a modern style, you will find this a light and airy holiday home to enjoy. The home also boasts satellite TV and full air conditioning and heating as well as there being a number of home entertainment systems for DVD playback and sound systems.

Bresciani is next to three other independent residences to complete a party of twentytwo people (with 11 bedrooms and three swimming pools). Being split into four independent villas, guests to Bresciani can enjoy family life or do their own thing without having to be worried about group mealtimes and socializing except when they wish to. There is plenty of time and activates available not only to socialize together but also to enjoy privacy and allow different members of your family or group to enjoy themselves as they wish too without imposing upon anyone else.


Access to the Sea:
From the property you will have direct access to the sea and to a beach by lift. The beach is fully equipped with sun loungers and deck chairs. Spirits, drinks and wines are available at the bar and the restaurant of the beach. The access to the sea is shared with the other guests staying at the complex. The facilities are available approximately from May 20 to October 10.
