Villa della Campagna is an ancient Italian villa located on a small hill and is surrounded by acres of a centuries Tuscan countryside where guests may enjoy the fresh air on long walks. There are approx. 2 km of unpaved road that lead to the villa main iron gated entrance. The villa has been skillfully renovated and is furnished with great taste and has the typical style of an Italian villa of this region. The flooring is terracotta, with Persian carpets throughout and the ceilings are wood-beamed. The stonework walls, wrought iron bed-frames, wood burning fireplaces and glass fronted dressers as well as the Venetian glass chandeliers, brocade soft furnishings and gold framed mirrors, add to this villa a touch of elegant charm dotted with modern conveniences.

Approx. 50 mts. from the villa there is a private outdoor swimming pool (16mx8m) with a diving board. Outdoor furniture is provided. The pool has a lighting system for night time use. The villa is provided with table football, ping-pong table chess and bocce court. Near to the main villa there is a small house where the owner/caretaker resides. They are available to assist guests with any queries they may have. Approximately 20 meters from the swimming pool there is the private vegetable orchard that the owners maintain daily by themselves.

Ground Floor:
The ground floor houses an open-plan bar where guests can meet and enjoy the T.V. room. The bar is stocked with a variety of alcoholic beverages which can be consumed at an extra charge. A large W.C. for the guests is nearby.
The beautifully appointed dining area can accommodate up to 12 people.
The ground floor also houses a large professionally fully equipped stainless steel kitchen, instant cooling refrigerator/freezer and two ovens. This kitchen has two working areas and doors that lead to the garden. Laundry/ironing room at your disposal and a half bathroom is available nearby. Off the dining area is a T.V. / library room with comfortable sofas and chairs. A large outdoor terrace adjoining the dining area affords great panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. Relaxation, sunbathing and al fresco meals may be enjoyed on the terraces during the warmer months.

First Floor:
Six bedrooms, (4 with double beds, 1 with small double bed; 1 suite with double bed and the living-room is with a double sofa bed). All the bedrooms are elegantly decorated. Each room is with ensuite bathroom (showers, hair dryer) mini bar, Sat TV, telephone including internet sockets that can be used if you bring your own network cables.
The suite bedroom has an independent entrance and staircase with a portico balcony, a characteristic feature of many villas in Italy. The bedroom has a fireplace, open-plan kitchenette, Sat T.V., small living room with twin sofa-bed, ensuite bathroom. A queen-size bed is placed on an intermediate floor.
