Villa Buonarroti is located in the middle of the Chianti, Colli Senesi countryside, on a hill, high about 400 mt. above the sea level.
This sixteen hundred villa, was originally a farm house, belonging to a 300 hectares farm, where the most traditional pure olive oil is still produced with very ancient press procedures.
There is a typical Tuscan unpaved road among the olive groves (approx. 1 km long) that will lead you to the independent villa, accessible by car (sportive low cars are not recommended). The property is ideal for families or large groups of friends, offer peace and tranquility in the heart of the rolling Tuscan countryside.
Outside in the middle of the green, a beautiful kidney-shaped swimming pool (5 x 10 mt.- 1,50 mt. deep) fully equipped with lounge-chairs and tables and a lovely wooden pergola-terrace. A shower. The pool is open from mid May till Sept. 30th. It is normally cleaned twice per week, unless extra cleaning is required.

Ground floor

A second pergola-terrace, attached to the front of the house, with a wood beamed, terracotta roof: a rectangular wood table and chairs to enjoy meals outside when desired.
There is a large SAT TV. a lounge room with a fireplace, sofa and armchairs to relax. A terracotta large arch divides the living room from a big dining room a rectangular Tuscan wooden table and chairs. Adjacent is a fairly big built-in ceramic kitchen and terracotta floor., fully- equipped with main accessories as oven, dishwasher, refrigerator.
There is a door (as well as a few more around the ground floor) that opens straight on the grounds.
