Villa Glicine is located in the hilly countryside of the province of Pisa, the location allows for stunning panoramic views towards Pisa.
The main entrance drive is lined with cypress trees (unpaved road for approx. 600m) leading to the property, which is set in extensive grounds with wide stretches of lawns dotted with olive trees and is surrounded by unending fields and woodland and providing charming views. The villa has been carefully restored, creating perfect harmony between its modern comforts and original traditional features.The whole place offers total privacy.

This property is set on two floors. With charming external areas that are ideal for al fresco meals. The main entrance is on the ground floor, where a large lounge with fireplace, a half bath (W.C.)the dining room and fully equipped kitchen are based..Further on, there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (shower). The laundry area completes the ground floor. On the first floor you find a lounge, a master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (bathtub and shower), and walk-in wardrobe. There is also a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub, two additional double bedrooms, and two single bedrooms, these last four rooms share two bathrooms with shower cabin. Opposite the main entrance is the limonaia, or annex, with double bedroom and an ensuite bathroom (shower).

Enclosed grounds with an electric gate, private swimming pool (12 m x 6 mt - can be heated upon advance request), independent heating, air conditioning, telephone, T.V., washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, hairdryer in each bedroom. The large kitchen is equipped with: burners, oven, refrigerator, freezer (there is a second refrigerator), dishwasher, American coffee maker, microwave,toaster.
There are mosquito nets covering all bedroom windows.

The villa is located in a remote area, car rental is recommended, poor ground clearance vehicles are not appropriate.
